Deck Renovations Preperation

To ensure that your deck is ready for vinyl decking it must meet a certain criteria

It should have a proper slope.
We can plywood your deck for you or you can sheet it yourself.
Your deck should be sheeted with 5/8" or 3/4" good one side fir plywood.
Construction grade plywood with knot holes, O.S.B. Board, and pressure treated plywood are not acceptable.
Zinc coated decking screws should be used for the plywood installation.
PL400 to be used on the joists to prevent squeaks.
